Tourists in Sanya or with travel history to Sanya since July 23：
isolation for 7 days, then test and evaluation before departure.
Tourists in other parts of Hainan with travel history to Sanya since July 23 and in the area with confirmed cases, but not under isolation control: 72 hours 3 negative reports.
Tourists in other parts of Hainan with NO travel history to Sanya since July 23 and in the area with NO confirmed cases: 48 hours 2 negative reports.
So far, there are no confirmed cases in Wenchang, Baisha, Dingan and Changjiang.
All Hainanese are not allowed to leave Hainan Island unless necessary.
