How do we handle Bookings, Confirmation & Payment requests?
Bookings:
Once we get your ok to go ahead, we will book all services as per our correspondences, we need the following information to continue:
Flights & Train Tickets bookings: we need the passports copies of all passengers
Tours: We need your hotel name & address, group leader phone number
Car rental: please advise pick up, drop off point and driver’s license and passport copy of passengers who will drive the car. Now you can drive with your home country license on Hainan Island by applying a Hainan Temporary Driving Permit
Hotel booking: One Passport copy
Admission Tickets: One passport copy and phone number
Confirmations:
Once we get your details, we will book the services and email you a confirmation with all the details including payment options.
Payment Options:
To make a bank transfer to our company account in EURO/USD/SGD
This will be the easiest way if you use e-banking. 50% -100% of the total amount payable is requested upon confirmation depending on travel days, and the balance by bank transfer before arrival or cash upon arrival.
