Policy Features:

This policy is applicable to citizens from all countries that maintain diplomatic relations with China. Visitors must participate in a group tour (minimum of 2 people) organized by a travel agency based in Hong Kong, Macau, or Hainan, allowing them to enter Hainan without a visa for up to 144 hours (6 days). Travel agencies must submit the tourist group information by 4 PM the day prior to entry to ensure efficient customs processing.

This policy is advantageous for tourists not included in the 59 countries eligible for visa-free entry who wish to visit Hainan Island without a visa.

Tourist groups are required to arrive and depart from Hainan on the same dates and use the same flights together. Once on Hainan Island, tourists can explore freely.
