How to Book Hainan High-Speed Rail/Bullet Train Tickets:

When booking Hainan high-speed train tickets, it is essential to provide a copy of your passport. Reservations are open up to 7 days in advance, pending final confirmation. Upon confirming your reservation with passport details, a confirmation letter containing your booking details will be emailed to you. As all tickets are electronic, there’s no need to collect paper tickets after receiving the booking confirmation. After passing through security checks, you’ll check in for the train using your passports. Remember to use the gates designated for passport holders. Refund requests must be submitted at least 2 hours before departure, with a 20% refund fee on the ticket cost.

Amendment Policy:
