As proudly contacted by ASP Australia, we were pleased to handle room reservations and transfers for the Gopro ASP World Longboard Championships held in Riyuebay, Wanning, Hainan Island. While our role focused on accommodations and transportation, the unique location of Riyuebay posed some challenges in organizing pick-up and transfer services, considering the presence of two airports on Hainan Island: Haikou in the north and Sanya in the south. Recognizing the dynamic nature of surfing competitions, we prioritized flexibility in the cancellation and amendment policies to support the cost-effectiveness for the young surfers.
The world’s premier longboarders gathered once again on the shores of China to compete in the prestigious ASP World Longboard Championships. The Gopro World Longboard Championship, China, presented by Wanning City, Hainan Island, featured a combined waiting period for both men’s and women’s events from December 5 to 12 at the left-hand point break of Riyue Bay, Hainan Island, China.
Hainan Joy Tours & Travel Limited, a travel agency with a decade of experience in inbound tour services on Hainan Island, has a successful track record of organizing surfing competitions on Riyuebay in collaboration with the Hainan Surf Club.
