Haitang Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Province. On the above map, the red lines are the track between Atlantis Sanya & Shangrila Hotel。 2019 FWD Sanya E-Prix circuit is 2.3KM long, with 11 turns and in a counter-clockwise direction.
Ticketing Information
There are two ticket types of 2019 FWD Sanya E-Prix: Grandstand Ticket and E-Village Ticket.
E-village tickets costs CNY80/person, and Grandstand Ticket at CNY1080/person.
Ticket valid period: 14:00-18:00 on 22nd March 2019 and 08:00-18:00 on 23rd March 2019.
Preview Day will be on 22nd March, on this day the access to Grandstand seating is available for free to all tickets holders. Event Day will be on March 23rd. On the Event Day, E-Village tickets have no access to Grandstands. Grandstand tickets have assigned seating, all grandstand ticket holders would need to sit in their assigned seat.
Grandstand tickets holders and E-Village tickets holders can take a child under 1.2m into the venue, but the child cannot occupy a seat and would need to share the seat with the guardians.
Children under 12-year-old and above 1.2m and for seniors above 65-year-old get half price of the Grandstand Tickets. E-village has no discount.
Half-price Grandstand tickets holders must give proper identification (ID Card, Household Registration, Passport) when collecting tickets on-site. If the purchase requirements are not met for Half-price Grandstand tickets, full payment will be needed.
The wheelchair ticket price is full and companion ticket is free in Grandstand area. The companion needs to sit in the assigned seat.
In case of force majeure resulting in the cancellation of the race, refunds of full-price tickets and half-price tickets purchased through this channel will be returned. Without meeting the above requirements the tickets will not be refunded.
