The 3-hour sailing package is available daily in Sanya from Hongzhou Pier 鸿洲游艇码头 in downtown Sanya.

The Monohull Sailboat group sailing package costs CNY498/person for 3 hours and includes the following services:

  • Pick up & drop off service from your hotel in Sanya Bay and downtown Sanya. Extra cost for pick up/drop off from Haitang Bay and Yalong Bay. Alternatively, passengers can arrange their own transportation.
  • Join others for 3 hours sailing with a maximum of 6 persons and one captain.
  • Snorkeling mask, fishing hooks, and baits.
  • Mineral water and fruits.
  • Insurance and management fee.
  • Chance to drive the sailing boat under the captain’s instructions.

General Rules & Regulations on Sanya 3-hour Sailing Group Package

  • Passengers over 65 years old and pregnant ladies are not allowed to join the sailing tour. Each passenger should confirm that they are perfectly healthy for the tour.
  • Facilities available: 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, leisure area, and sofa.
  • There are 2 sessions daily: 9 am till 12 pm or 12 pm to 3 pm.
  • The sailing boat docks at Hongzhou Pier near Sanya Bridge, the first yacht pier on Hainan Island, and returns to the same pier.

  • Please bring your passports (not copies or photos), swimming suit, towels, sunscreen, swimming glasses, clothes to change after swimming, and some snacks if you like.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before departure to register for insurance and sign a safety statement with your passport information. On the boat, you will scan a code to register with the local marine administration before the voyage starts.
  •  The scheduled destination is Sanya Jiao, about 5 nautical miles away from Sanya Hongzhou Pier. The captain docks in the open sea area where you can go swimming/fishing, snorkeling, or possibly land on a small islet, depending on sea conditions.
  • Activities during the 3-hour voyage include snorkeling, fishing, swimming in deep seawater, or relaxing on the deck for a sunbath.
  • Reservation is mandatory with a 50% deposit by email to caddie@sunnysanya.com and WeChat (ID: caddielu). Payment can be made via WeChat, Alipay, or credit card with a 3% surcharge.
  • The local marine management administration will inform in advance if sailing is not allowed due to bad weather, in which case the deposit is refundable with a 10% deduction as a service fee.
