The Hainan Provincial New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Center announced the following regulations:
1、All passengers who have traveled to Hainan Island including overseas and Mainland China from 0000 hours on March 1st to 2400 hours on March 14th (within 14 days) are required to inform their residential committee, social (district) committee or work unit where they are staying before 24:00 p.m. March 14th.
2、Personnel returning from key epidemic areas shall be under centralized quarantine organized by the local governments. However, the center has not confirmed which countries or areas are considered at the key epidemic areas
3、Passengers returning from other epidemic areas shall conduct the home quarantine.
4. All people returning to Hainan from overseas as of 00:00 on March 15th are required to declare their hotel/home location upon arrival, and inform their residential committee, social (district) committee or work unit within 2 hours upon arrival, then the local governments shall organize centralized quarantine at the passengers’ costs.
5、Each unit and an individual must truthfully report the situation. If information is concealed which then causes an impact on epidemic control, the unit and individual will be held accountable in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

So far, all schools are still closed in Hainan. No tour packages are available so far no in China. On Hainan Island, starting from March, 15, local tour operators can organize tours for local people only.
